How to Measure Correctly
Correct Measurement Posture
Proper Measurement: Sit upright with forearm at heart level. Keep your arm still and relaxed from start to finish. Avoid talking or moving during the reading.
Follow these steps for a standard single blood pressure measurement:
Use Nurblox's automatic monitoring feature by wearing the watch snugly at all times. The watch will sample your blood pressure periodically (like an ambulatory monitor) throughout the day.
Wrist Size: Nurblox fits wrist circumferences 130–220 mm. Choose the included band (medium or large) for your best fit. (<200 mm range for most adults.)
